Technical Assistance
All tech personnel are expertly qualified to answer any technical question and are more than willing to do so. Technical Assistance can be obtained by contacting CGS Motorsports at (909) 902-0102.

Damaged Merchandise
All shipments are fully insured therefore all claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the freight company. Do not return damaged merchandise to CGS Motorsports unless prior arrangements have been made.

Returned Merchandise
All merchandise returned for credit must have prior approval and a return authorization number assigned by CGS Motorsports. Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition and will be thoroughly inspected at the time of receipt before any credit can be issued. Items should be returned pre-paid and insured and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit will only be allowed - no cash refunds. Merchandise returned for warranty consideration, inspection, or repair must be send pre-paid and insured. Included must be senders name, address, telephone number and where you can be reached from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST), a copy of the original invoice showing the CGS Motorsports part number and purchase date, plus a note describing the nature of the problem.
